Ryan Hart is an experienced Biotechnology professional with over 14 years in the industry spending much of that time in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV). His early experience in a manufacturing capacity helped form the foundation for his expertise in process equipment, utilities, quality systems and process improvement. Ryan has extensive knowledge in Building Monitoring Systems (BMS), HVAC qualification, and has recently performed work developing, implementing, and qualifying a new Water For Injection (WFI) system. Ryan has also generated Validation Project Plans, validation lifecycle documents (IQ, OQ, PQ), and CQV strategies and solutions for an array of upstream and downstream process equipment, building utilities, software upgrades, and validation maintenance.

Ryan takes pride in providing clients with on-time deliverables while working to ensure industry regulations and guidelines are followed. Ryan is committed to the highest level of cGMP quality and compliance.

Prior to working at ICQ, Ryan began his career at Amgen as a lead operator in Manufacturing. He transitioned into a Validation role when he later joined Shire. His validation career continued at ImmunoGen, Inc. until he joined ICQ in 2016. During his time with ICQ, he has also worked within the recruiting department conducting interviews for potential candidates and currently leads ICQ’s Project Sponsor Program.
