Cassie Pritchard

Cassie Pritchard joined ICQ back in 2012 as a consultant, and was promoted to recruiter in 2016, and then Recruiting Manager in 2017. She is leading the talent acquisition process for ICQ through our Applicant Sourcing Program (ASP) technology which has enabled ICQ to locate top talent quickly and effectively for our clients. In her time as a recruiting manager, she has built an amazing network of thousands of connections and talent while working closely with our Sales and Operations team using ASP to provide our clients with top candidates with the right experiences.

Before joining ICQ Cassie spent more than 6 years as an educator where she gained effective communication skills and a passion for helping others.
