Alexander Khaw has 15+ years of experience in the biotechnology industry, with the majority of those years with ICQ. Alex has extensive experience in the commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities involved with new facility buildouts. Early experiences in a manufacturing setting helped build his hands on knowledge of process equipment, utilities, cleanroom design, and quality programs. Detail oriented, and quality driven Alexander has had the opportunity to share his skills in multiple C&Q projects ranging from HVAC, clean utilities (medical grade gasses, WFI, RODI, plant, and clean steam), cleaning and sterilization processes, and process equipment qualification. Through his career Alex has focused on relationship building, and mentorship, with the understanding for the need to build and facilitating strong support system networks between individuals.
