George Jehourian has 14+ years of experience in the biotechnology industry.  Mr. Jehourian has extensive experience supporting Manufacturing and Commissioning / Qualification of new buildouts and Clinical Manufacturing Suites including the following:  small scale aseptic biologic and microbial processes, operation of upstream and downstream process equipment, utility and HVAC commissioning, introduction of new products and tech transfer to clinical and large scale manufacturing, process validation and generation / assessment of quality systems.

Mr. Jehourian has extensive knowledge of Steam-In-Place (SIP), Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of Place (COP) equipment and process assessments, operation, development, and qualification on Large scale manufacturing equipment and automated parts washers.  He has also been involved in the development and execution of worst case soil and total organic carbon (TOC) recovery methods.   Mr. Jehourian has providing client support and management with ICQ Consultants since 2015.

Prior to joining ICQ Consultants, Mr. Jehourian has worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor for Sanofi Genzyme and a Senior Level Manufacturing Associate at Alexion Pharmaceuticals.
