How Cammy Found a Home at ICQ
Cammy was referred to ICQ by a client of ours who knew her from a previous working relationship and wanted her to be part of their ICQ CQV team. Nearly four years later, Cammy is still with ICQ.

Keeping Our Family Gainfully Employed – And Growing – Throughout the Pandemic
While many companies laid off employees or reduced their hours during the COVID-19 pandemic, we made a commitment upfront to keep everyone employed at their current level.
If employees ever had downtime between projects, we took the opportunity to improve our internal processes, develop our team’s leadership skills, and provide advanced training opportunities. As a result, we’re a stronger, more unified team than ever before.
In her experience, Cammy appreciated the flexibility of being ‘on the bench’ in between projects and getting to develop skills and relationships not normally possible.
“During the pandemic, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate on the development of ICQ’s multiple business facets, from administration, corporate policies, and documentation to training, business development, and recruitment. Our field employees have been able to interact with the office staff more closely and, as a result, have made some great organizational improvements.”
“For employees continuing to work at client sites, ICQ leadership made sure they felt safe, were equipped with all necessary PPE, and that client sites were following all CDC guidelines. For those of us who stepped into remote working roles while homeschooling children or taking care of family members, ICQ made sure we were engaged and actively involved in projects that fit our new schedules.”

Cammy’s Experience
Before joining the ICQ family, Cammy worked as a consultant to many firms in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electrical power plants, and other areas supporting varied projects like technology transfer, continuous improvement, startup, remediation, construction, and C&Q.
Her impressive list of client projects includes the likes of Genentech, Pfizer, Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb, Genzyme, McNeil Pharmaceutical, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Wyeth Pharmaceutical, Novartis, and others throughout the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean.
